report content

Anyone can report something on imero. You do not need to be a member, and you do not need an account. This page is our notice-and-action contact point under the EU Digital Services Act.

Reports about underage concerns or non-consensually shared images are fast-tracked. Our target is action within 24 hours, and we report to authorities where required.

what happens next

  1. Confirmation. If you left an email, you get an acknowledgement that we received your report.
  2. Human review. A person reads every report. No automated decisions on their own.
  3. Statement of reasons. Whatever we decide, the decision comes with written reasons, sent to you if you left contact details, and always to the affected member.
  4. Appeal. Both the reporter and the reported can appeal any decision.

Law enforcement and regulators can reach our legal contact point via the details on the contact page. We respond to lawful orders in line with the Digital Services Act.

If someone is in immediate danger, call 112 first. Reports here reach a person quickly, but they are not an emergency service.
